Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Vectura Orbis Inc. DBA Nomi Ramen ("NOMI," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use this site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product information, nutritional specs, and imagery as accurately as possible. Macro values listed on product pages are formulation targets and may vary slightly by batch. Final nutritional information on each product label governs. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit product availability at any time without notice.

Founding Member & Operator Purchases

Founding Member ($99) and Founding Operator ($199) purchases represent a reservation of allocation from NOMI's first production run. These are not pre-orders for in-stock inventory. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Delivery is contingent on production timelines, which are subject to change.
• Spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The founding tier benefits (lifetime discount, early access, Founding Wall listing) attach to the purchasing account and are non-transferable.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and any payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including but not limited to text, copy, product names, imagery, branding, and design — is the property of Vectura Orbis Inc. DBA Nomi Ramen and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vectura Orbis Inc. DBA Nomi Ramen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you sign up via our footer form or at checkout, you consent to receive email updates from NOMI. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping notifications) are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of that information, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact us via the Contact page.

Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

Standard Product Orders

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will work to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the Contact page with your order number and a description of the issue.

Eligible refund scenarios include:

• Product arrived damaged or defective.
• Incorrect item was shipped.
• Order was lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier.

We do not accept returns of opened or consumed product for reasons of personal preference or change of mind. Due to the nature of food products, all sales are considered final once the product has been received and is undamaged.

Founding Member & Founding Operator

Founding Member ($99) and Founding Operator ($199) purchases may be cancelled and refunded within 14 days of the original purchase date. After 14 days, all founding tier purchases are non-refundable.

Founding tier benefits are non-transferable and attached to the purchasing account. In the event that NOMI is unable to fulfill the founding allocation due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be issued regardless of the 14-day window.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to take effect for that cycle. Charges already processed are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

All refund and return requests must be submitted via the Contact page. Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a brief description of your request.

Shipping Regions

NOMI currently ships within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international destinations. This may change as we scale — sign up via our footer form to be notified.

Founding Member & Operator Shipments

Founding tier orders will ship in Spring 2026, subject to production timelines. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your allocation is dispatched. We will communicate any changes to the timeline directly to founding members via email.

Standard Order Processing

Once standard product orders are available, orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard shipping — 5–8 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited shipping — 2–3 business days after dispatch (where available).

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. NOMI is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping thresholds, where offered, will be displayed on the product or cart page.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order confirmation, contact us via the Contact page.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, reship or refund your order.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. NOMI is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately via the Contact page. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
