Product & Nutrition

Every NOMI bag is formulated to a precise spec: 30–32g protein, 200–230 calories, and 12–16g net carbs. These are formulation targets — actual values may vary slightly by flavor. Each product page lists the exact nutrition panel for that specific profile.

NOMI's protein yield comes from two primary sources: Vital Wheat Gluten and Pea Protein. This combination allows us to hit 30–32g per bag through the noodle itself — not a separate protein scoop or supplement mixed in. The protein is structural, not supplemental.

Yes — all NOMI flavors are 100% plant-based. No meat, dairy, or eggs in any profile across the entire lineup. The formulation is confirmed vegan and NON-GMO.

No. NOMI is not gluten-free. This is important — please read carefully if you have a gluten sensitivity or celiac disease.

The primary protein source in NOMI is Vital Wheat Gluten, followed by Wheat Flour. These are the first two ingredients in the noodle. NOMI contains significant amounts of gluten by design — it is the mechanism behind the high protein yield.

If you have celiac disease or a diagnosed gluten intolerance, NOMI is not appropriate for you.

Major allergens present:

  • Wheat / Gluten — Vital Wheat Gluten and Wheat Flour are the first two ingredients.
  • Legumes — Contains Pea Protein and Pea Fiber Powder.
  • Soy (likely) — Contains Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, which is frequently soy-derived.
  • Corn (likely) — Contains Maltodextrin, which is commonly corn-derived.

Does not contain: Meat, dairy, eggs, nuts, or seeds.

Six minutes. That is the standard protocol across all profiles. Boil water, cook noodles 5–7 minutes depending on the preparation, dissolve the broth sachet, assemble. No compromise on time, no compromise on the standard.

No. NOMI noodles are not flash-fried. Flash-frying is the industry default — it extends shelf life quickly but introduces excess oil, lowers protein density, and leaves a residue that affects both taste and macros. NOMI uses an air-dried process, which preserves the noodle's structural integrity and keeps the caloric and fat profiles clean.

Six profiles at launch: Savory Umami Beef, Roasted Chicken Broth, Kimchi Heat, Tokyo Curry, Tonkotsu Pork Broth, and Base Protein. Each is formulated independently to hold the same macro standard while delivering a distinct flavor profile. The Variety Pack contains all six — it is the recommended starting point before building a rotation.

Founding Member & Operator

The Founding Protocol is NOMI's pre-launch allocation program. 150 total spots — 100 Founding Member ($99) and 50 Founding Operator ($199) — reserved for the people who set the standard before the product exists at scale. It is not a pre-order. It is an allocation in the first production run with permanent benefits attached.

Founding Member ($99): 12 bags from the first production run, 20% lifetime discount locked permanently, name on the Founding Wall, early access to new profiles.

Founding Operator ($199): 30 bags from the first production run, 25% lifetime discount locked permanently, numbered Operator card (ships with first box), name on the Founding Wall, 60-day priority access to every new profile permanently.

Operator is not a larger version of Member. It is a higher level of involvement — Operators provide direct feedback on rotation durability, packaging, and prep experience that shapes the next formulation cycle.

Founding tier shipments are targeting Spring 2026. An exact date will be confirmed and communicated directly to all founding members via email as production timelines lock in. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your allocation dispatches.

Founding orders ship as a single dispatch — your full allocation in one box. Partial shipments are not available for founding orders.
Founding purchases are non-refundable after 14 days from the date of purchase.

Within 14 days of purchase, you may request a cancellation and full refund by contacting us via the Contact page with your order number. After 14 days, the allocation is confirmed and non-refundable. In the event NOMI is unable to fulfill your founding allocation due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be issued regardless of this window.

No. Founding tier benefits — including the lifetime discount, Founding Wall listing, and priority access — are non-transferable and attached permanently to the purchasing account. The spot itself cannot be reassigned.

As of right now: 100 Founding Member spots and 50 Founding Operator spots remain — 150 of 150 total. These are pulled live from inventory and update in real time. When they are gone, the founding protocol closes permanently.

Yes. The lifetime discount is locked to your account at the moment of purchase and applied automatically to all future orders at checkout. No code required, no renewal. Founding Member receives 20% off permanently. Founding Operator receives 25% off permanently.

Shipping & Fulfillment

NOMI ships to all 50 US states at launch, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally. Sign up via the footer to be notified if and when international shipping becomes available.

Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. After dispatch:

  • Standard shipping — 5–8 business days.
  • Expedited shipping — 2–3 business days (where available at checkout).

Delivery estimates are carrier-provided and not guaranteed. NOMI is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather events.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order confirmation, contact us via the Contact page.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the Contact page. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will reship or refund — no friction.

Contact us immediately via the Contact page with your order number and the correct address. We can make changes before dispatch only. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible and NOMI is not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Subscriptions & Orders

Subscribe & Save launches alongside the Spring 2026 product shipment. It will be available directly on each product page at checkout. Subscription cadences will be available at every 2, 4, or 6 weeks — swap profiles, skip a cycle, or cancel anytime.

Yes. Subscribers can swap profiles, adjust cadence, skip a delivery, or cancel at any time through their account portal. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled charge to take effect for that cycle.

Log in to your account and navigate to the subscription management portal. Cancellations take effect immediately. Charges already processed are non-refundable — cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

We do not accept returns of opened or consumed product for reasons of personal preference or change of mind. If your product arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.
