Why this exists
The people with the least control over when they eat are the ones sold the worst food. A vending machine at 3am, a gas-station sandwich between calls, whatever's left in the break room after a twelve. It's how you end up eating 1,800 calories of nothing and still short on protein.
Alain spent years on that side of it — 312 pounds down to 180, and the hardest part was never the gym, it was lunch. NOMI exists because instant ramen was the one thing he wouldn't give up, so he rebuilt it instead.
This rate isn't a campaign with an end date. It's a standing price for people whose schedules make eating well genuinely harder.
