A golden, savory broth with garlic, turmeric and paprika. The comfort of cup ramen, rebuilt with a noodle that carries the protein, so the five-minute meal actually adds up.

The story
Golden Chicken
Every family has a chicken soup, the bowl someone makes when they love you. This is mine, rebuilt for a Tuesday. A golden broth with garlic, turmeric and paprika, thin wavy noodles with the protein built in, and all the warmth. The cup for the day you're taking care of yourself.
Ramen rebuilt for real life.
I started NOMI in a convenience store at 2am, holding the cup of instant ramen I loved, the one that got me through the night and kept me at 312 pounds. I tracked every meal, all the way down to 178. I never stopped missing that warmth. So I rebuilt it: 32g of protein in the noodle, air-dried, never fried, ready in five minutes. Same comfort. No crash.

Every family has a chicken soup. It's the bowl that shows up when you're sick, when you're tired, when someone loves you and wants to take care of you without making a speech about it. On the road I never had one. What I had was a hotel lobby, a vending machine, and a packet of chicken-flavored something that tasted like the idea of soup and none of the feeling.
Golden Chicken is my attempt at the real thing in a cup. The gold isn't food coloring. It comes from turmeric and paprika, backed by garlic, onion and a little coriander, the way a slow chicken broth turns golden on its own when someone has been standing over it for hours. Lift the lid and it smells like a kitchen with the lights on and someone waiting for you. It's the lightest cup we make, 220 calories, and the one I reach for on the days I'm run down and trying to be kind to myself. Same 32 grams of protein in the noodle. Same five minutes. A lot more tenderness.
I built Beef for the version of me that was out too late. I built Chicken for the version of me that was trying to get better. If you've ever wanted someone to make you soup and there was no one there to make it, this cup is for you. Consider it made.

Reviews
“Completely blew me away. The broth was so rich and savory that I couldn’t tell the difference from traditional options, and this actually delivers a solid hit of protein.”
Verified buyer
“I LOVE the macros. I eat over 200g of protein a day and this helps me get there without eating meat at every meal. The spice is just right.”
Verified buyer
“Similar to a soba texture but with more bounce, like traditional ramen. Savory and not too salty. Definitely will be buying another box.”
