Warm curry spices, garlic and a little heat. A bold change of pace for the everyday ramen ritual, with a noodle that carries the protein so the five-minute meal actually adds up.

The story
Tokyo Curry
My favorite. It came from a six-seat curry counter in Shinjuku on my first night in Tokyo: warm spice, a little heat, an aroma that pulled me in off the street and a bowl that felt like home. Rebuilt on a noodle with 32 grams of protein so the joy lasts.
Ramen rebuilt for real life.
I started NOMI in a convenience store at 2am, holding the cup of instant ramen I loved, the one that got me through the night and kept me at 312 pounds. I tracked every meal, all the way down to 178. I never stopped missing that warmth. So I rebuilt it: 32g of protein in the noodle, air-dried, never fried, ready in five minutes. Same comfort. No crash.

This is my favorite, and I'll say so on the record. It came from my first trip to Tokyo. I was wandering Shinjuku at night, all those tiny corner restaurants with six seats and a curtain for a door, and the smell of curry pulled me in off the street before I'd decided anything. I sat at the counter, alone, and the bowl that came out was warm spice instead of sharp heat, a broth that finished like a full plate, flavors bursting through every spoonful. I remember the aroma more than anything. I remember feeling completely at home in a city where I couldn't read the menu. I've been chasing that feeling ever since.
Getting it into a cup took the longest of the four, because I refused to let go of that smell. Curry powder on its own tastes flat in hot water, so the broth is built up in layers: garlic, onion and curry spice for the base, tomato for the roundness, chili for a heat that arrives late and leaves politely. Peel the lid and it fills the room the way that little counter did. It's also the lowest-carb cup we make, 18 grams, which is the kind of thing I notice because I track, and the kind of thing you'll forget because it tastes like dinner made with love.
Beef is the cup that started NOMI. Curry is the cup that made me want to keep going. It's the one I make for myself when nobody's watching, and for a few minutes I'm back on that stool in Shinjuku, happy.

Reviews
“Completely blew me away. The broth was so rich and savory that I couldn’t tell the difference from traditional options, and this actually delivers a solid hit of protein.”

“I LOVE the macros. I eat over 200g of protein a day and this helps me get there without eating meat at every meal. The spice is just right.”

“Similar to a soba texture but with more bounce, like traditional ramen. Savory and not too salty. Definitely will be buying another box.”
