Ingredients

  • 2 packs NOMI Base Protein (prepared, drained)
  • 2 eggs (for crust binding)
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni, mushrooms, or toppings of choice
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare 2 NOMI Base Protein packs (6 minutes each). Drain completely and mix with 2 beaten eggs until evenly combined.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil an 8-10 inch oven-safe skillet or pizza pan.
  3. Form noodle mixture into round pizza crust shape in pan, pressing firmly to create even thickness (about 1/2 inch).
  4. Bake crust alone for 10 minutes until set and beginning to crisp on edges.
  5. Remove from oven. Spread marinara sauce evenly over crust, leaving 1/2 inch border.
  6. Add mozzarella cheese, then your choice of toppings. Sprinkle with Parmesan and Italian seasoning.
  7. Return to oven. Broil on high for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly with golden spots. Watch carefully to avoid burning.
  8. Let cool 2 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes.
