The NOMI roll · October 29, 2026 to November 29, 2026
One in six
First Batch orders
is on us.
The First Batch 12-Pack is twelve Umami Beef cups from our very first production run. Every First Batch order goes into that week's roll. Every Wednesday we roll for the week before, and at least one in six orders comes back free: refunded in full, up to $54.95, shipping and tax included. No code, nothing to sign up for. Runs until the First Batch is gone.
No purchase necessary. A purchase does not improve your chances. US residents 18+. Ends November 29, 2026 or when the First Batch sells out. Official rules.
How the roll works
- 01
Order the First Batch.
Every paid order that includes the First Batch 12-Pack, placed Monday to Sunday (Pacific time), is one entry in that week's roll. Nothing to enter.
- 02
We roll every Wednesday.
We count the week's entries, divide by six and round up. That many entries are picked at random. Six orders, one winner. Seven orders, two.
- 03
Your money comes back.
If your order is picked, we refund it to your card, up to $54.95 including shipping and tax, and email you the same day. You keep the cups.
Enter without buying
No purchase necessary. Send your name and email once a week and you're in that week's roll with the same odds as an order. Free-entry winners get a $54.95 NOMI gift card. Entering doesn't subscribe you to anything.
Official rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The NOMI One in Six Roll (the "Promotion") is sponsored by NOMI Foods Inc., Santa Ana, CA 92707 ("Sponsor"). Questions: hello@eatnomifoods.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (or the age of majority in their state, if higher) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state and local laws.
3. Promotion period and weekly entry periods
The Promotion starts at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on October 29, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 29, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). If the First Batch 12-Pack sells out before then, the Promotion ends at the end of the entry period in which it sold out, and that period's drawing still takes place; a notice is posted on this page. It is divided into weekly entry periods. Each runs from 12:00 a.m. PT Monday to 11:59 p.m. PT the following Sunday. Sponsor's computer is the official clock.
4. How to enter
Order entry. Each order placed and paid for at nomiramen.com during an entry period that includes at least one First Batch 12-Pack (Umami Beef, batch one) receives one entry into that period's drawing, regardless of the number of packs in the order. Orders without a First Batch 12-Pack, including pre-order reservations, receive no order entry. Orders that are cancelled, fully refunded or charged back before the drawing, and orders with a total of $0.00 (for example, free sample orders), receive no entry.
Free entry (no purchase necessary). Complete the free entry form at nomiramen.com/pages/one-in-six with your full name and email address to receive one entry into the current entry period's drawing. Limit one free entry per person and per email address per entry period. Free entries are entered in the same drawing and have the same chance of winning as order entries.
Entries made by automated means, scripts or any method that subverts these rules are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
5. Drawings and odds
Within three business days after each entry period ends (normally on the Wednesday), Sponsor will randomly select winning entries from all eligible entries received in that period. The number of winners in each drawing equals the number of eligible entries divided by six, rounded up to the next whole number. Odds of winning for each entry are at least 1 in 6 and depend on the number of eligible entries received in that period. An entry may win only once. Unselected entries do not carry over.
6. Prizes
Order entry winner: a refund of the winning order's total amount paid, including shipping and taxes, up to $54.95, issued to the original payment method. Free entry winner: one $54.95 NOMI digital gift card, redeemable at nomiramen.com. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: up to $54.95. No more than 90 prizes will be awarded in the Promotion. If that number is reached, the Promotion ends early and a notice is posted on this page. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner notification
Winners are notified at the email address on the order or free entry within two business days of the drawing. Refunds are issued on the day of notification. Gift cards are sent by email. A winner may be asked to confirm eligibility. If a free entry winner's prize email bounces or the winner is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.
8. Taxes and conditions
Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, and in that case may award prizes from eligible entries received before the action.
9. Release and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of a prize.
10. Privacy
Information collected for entry is used to administer the Promotion and is handled under Sponsor's Privacy Policy. A free entry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
11. Disputes
These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute is resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
12. Winners list
For the first names and states of winners, email hello@eatnomifoods.com with the subject "One in six winners" within 60 days after November 29, 2026.
